The Membership benefits listed in this section are to be honored by outlets in Fairmont Amman as specified for Fairmont Privilege Dining members during the Membership Term.

eCARD BENEFITS

  1. Dining Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off their food bill, at all participating outlets, at any time, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining at Fairmont Amman.
  1. Special Promotion Benefit. Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the total food bill on any promotions at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Mobile app must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill, unless local law prohibits ♦ All food and beverage must be purchased during the outlets' operating hours, and ordered from the outlets' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions, through room service or take away orders; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the program; (c) all beverages (see beverage benefit below); (d) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates (e) black-out dates (f) outlets managed by a third party and (g) dining with selected eCertificates (as specified on the eCertificate)

  1. Beverage Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a discount of 20% off all beverages, at any participating outlet, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Mobile app must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the program (c) black-out dates and (d) happy hours.

  1. Guest Room Benefits. Non-transferable.
    1. Preferred Room Rate. Members shall receive a minimum of twenty percent (20%) discount off the Best Available Rate, at Fairmont Amman.
    2. Early Check-in/Late Check-out
    3. Flexible check-in time (10:00) and check-out time to (15:00). Subject to prior request and availability at the time of check-in/check-out.

    Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy ¨ Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings ¨ Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation ¨ Discount is not applicable on packaged and promotional rates ¨ Discount on rates will not be applicable unless a valid  membership App is presented upon check-in ¨ A maximum of two rooms can be reserved for the same dates on the discounted rates and the member must be present

  1. Treatment/Beauty Therapy Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of 15% off any treatment/beauty therapy at Fairmont Amman.
  1. Laundry & Dry Cleaning Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of 20% off laundry and dry cleaning services at Fairmont Amman.
  1. Take-away Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of 20% on take-away cakes and pastries, ordered at Crystal, Fairmont Amman.
  1. Gym Membership Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall receive a discount of 20% on the annual gym membership at Fairmont Amman. Gym membership includes access to the wet areas and the outdoor pool.

    Mobile App includes set of Fairmont Privilege Dining eCertificates, containing the following eCertificates for use at Fairmont Amman, with terms & conditions as mentioned on each eCertificate:

  1. 5 x JOD 20 Cash eCertificates. Five (5) certificates to value of twenty Jordanian Dinars (JOD 20), on a minimum spend of fifty Jordanian Dinars (JOD 50) for full payment off food and beverage, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Standard dining benefits will NOT be applicable on the balance of the bill ¨The balance cannot be refunded or used as credit if bill is less than cash certificate used for payment

  2. 1 x Complimentary Breakfast eCertificate. One (1) certicate to enjoy a complimentary breakfast at Nur, for two (2) people, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill for any additional diners ¨ Valid for dine-in at Nur only

  3. 1 x Complimentary House Wine eCertificate. One (1) certicate to enjoy a complimentary bottle of house wine when there are three (3) or more people dining, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill ¨

    Wine selection will be limited to Italian (part of the signature wines) ¨Bottle may not be removed from restaurant ¨ Service of alcoholic beverages are subject to applicable laws and regulations

  4. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Round of drinks eCertificate. One (1) certicate to enjoy one round of complimentary drinks, up to the same value of drinks purchased in the first round, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Valid for dine-in at Caprice only ¨ Valid for a maximum of six (6) drinks; one per person ¨ Valid for redemption of beer, wine and cocktails only ¨ Not valid during ‘Happy Hours’ or on full bottle purchases ¨ Service of alcoholic beverages are subject to applicable laws and regulations

  5. 1 x Complimentary Sheesha eCertificate. One (1) certicate to enjoy a complimentary Sheesha when there are two (2) or more people dining, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill ¨ Valid for dine-in at Nasim only

  6. 1 x Complimentary Celebration Cake eCertificate. One (1) certicate to enjoy a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday or anniversary cake when there are four (4) or more people dining, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill ¨ Valid for dine-in only at any participating outlet ¨Valid for redemption any day during the month of the occasion ¨ Subject to a minimum two (2) days advance reservation

  7. 1 x Complimentary Afternoon Tea Set eCertificate. One (1) certicate to enjoy a complimentary ‘Afternoon Tea Set’ for two (2) people, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill for any additional diners ¨ Valid for dine-in at Crystal only

  8. Early Bird eCertificate: One (1) certificate to enjoy a forty percent (40%) discount off the total food bill, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Valid for redemption from 6:00pm through until 8:00pm ¨ Discount of forty percent (40%) applies on the food part of the bill ONLY

  9. ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Room eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy the second (2nd) night complimentary, when paying for the first (1st) night at the best available rate, valid at Fairmont Amman.
  10. JOD 30 Accommodation Cash eCertificate. Two (2) certificates to enjoy a credit to the value of thirty Jordanian Dinars (JOD 30) for part payment of accommodation during your stay, valid at Fairmont Amman.
  11. Spend and Stay eCertificate. One (1) certificate to enjoy a complimentary night stay upon a net spend of one thousand five hundred Jordanian Dinars (JOD 1500) while dining at a participating outlet, valid at Fairmont Amman ¨ Net spend must be accumulated within a calendar month to enjoy the complimentary night stay
  12. 1 x Complimentary Massage Treatment One (1) certicate to enjoy a thirty (30) minute complimentary body massage treatment when purchasing a thirty (30) minute body massage treatment available on the menu, valid at valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: The complimentary massage need not be the same treatment paid for ¨ Valid for redemption on body massages only, excluding facials

Referral Benefit (Non-transferable): Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, for any such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, member shall enjoy a complimentary breakfast at Nur, for two (2) people, valid at Fairmont Amman.

    Conditions: Standard dining benefits will apply on the balance of the bill for any additional diners ¨ Valid for dine-in at Nur only

  1. Renewal Benefit (Non-transferable): Upon renewal of membership, member shall enjoy:
    1. 1 x Complimentary Breakfast eCertificate.One (1) complimentary breakfast at Nur, for two (2) people, valid at Fairmont Amman.

Spouse members receive the same member benefits as members but excluding any and all eCertificates i.e. valid only for member benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, spouse members must have the same family name as the member

  1. Spouse Membership (Non-transferable): New members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”. Spouse members receive the same member benefits as members but excluding any and all eCertificates i.e. valid only for member benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, spouse members must have the same family name as the member.

    Conditions for all certificates

    Non-transferable ¨ Valid eCertificate from the Fairmont Privilege Dining App must be presented in advance in order to redeem benefit ¨ Subject to advance reservation directly with the hotel ¨ Valid for dine-in only at any participating outlet (unless specified otherwise) ¨ Only one eCertificate will be accepted per reservation per table/event per visit ¨ Not valid in conjunction with any other Fairmont Privilege Dining certificate, other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers ¨ eCertificate may not be sold via third party channels ¨ eCertificate is non-refundable and has no cash value Valid any day, except black-out dates, as listed in the Membership Agreement
